The parent company was founded in 1926 as a manufacturer of high quality and prestigious textiles. Due to changing market demands, the company was totally reorganized in 1982 and was licensed by WARITEX Inc. Florida , U.S.A. to manufacture and distribute WARITEX products.

Waritex has been awarded many prizes for its high quality and innovation , including the first prize in (Le concours exposition industrielle).

The Management System of Waritex Egypt Co. has been assessed and certified as it meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and it was proudly given the certificate on 5th November 2002

High quality is ensured by 400 skilled workers, who use state-of-the-art-computerized machines in company's plants.
